Hey nature lovers and survivalists, found this little ground plant hidden amongst some tumble weeds I was thinning/killing the other day. Almost cleared this little girl out too, but paused and said "that looks different!" Glad I didn't pluck it out. Anyone know what it is?

Good guesses everyone! Truth is I'm not sure what it is either!
![]() ![]() I've looked up all these suggestions and didn't find any of them that looked like this plant though. What I "think" it could be is a wild tomato. I did find some images that had similar looking plants they had named "wild tomatoes". Had no idea there was such a mountain plant but apparently they grow pretty high up in elevation.
