I thought it might be fun to have a thread using minerals and varieties, but defined in a bit of a different way.
Trying to keep some education in the fun, im making the mineral words a link to their real definitions. You ready? Here are a few examples............ * Galena - Help me out here, and Galena ladder against that there ledge so I can climb out of this here hole. * Triplite - Dang racoons keep setting off the Triplite by the chicken coop. Get my gun Thelma! * Barite - Hold your horses now and Barite with me for a second while I tap this here keg......Sheesh! * Tantalite - Im thinking she wants me. She plans to Tantalite me with my favorite beer and pizza tonight while I watch the game. * Pyrite - Thelmas a great cook, just have a taste of that rhubarb Pyrite over there. Won second place at the county fair with it she did. Can you think of any, we would love to hear. -------------------- Education is the key to the future,

Good ones everyone! This thread will be fun for sure. Ok, I got a couple to try ...... Cuprite - As 3 prospectors end their day, one is laying on the ground the other two standing at the fire.......one says to the other "I told Jed that was your cuprite there and not to spit in it, boy that's gonna' leave a mark! Hematite - At the general store the prospectors are in for their goods, the old timer as always is alone and likes it that way, two younger fellars' at the store whisper at each other when the old boy leaves......"boy that ol' timer there, hematite arse with his location information!" Rhodinite - Then the other fella' says ..... "Yep, he even rhodonite to hide where he's goin'!" -------------------- CP-Owner/Administrator
