CP Forum board, new upgrades Options

Hi all,

As many of you may have already noticed...........
We are in the midst of some really cool upgrades to the forum board so hang on!!
Over the next few days you will see a few more changes occuring but all the old posts and information from the old board have been successfully migrated to the new one.

Have fun with all the new goodies and post questions/comments if you wish.

HEHE Russ.....nope not the wrong site. Just some really cool upgrades for everyone who visits.

Unfortunately we still have a couple small issues to work out so give us a little more time to work through those.
The problems are that pictures attatched to the old posts aren't showing to guests ...........they should be showing as guests browse but no worries.......they all are there and do show up if you are signed into the forum.

Also, uploading pics to posts isn't functioning right now.........It will be working soon though.

Everything else is working great so check it out when you all have the time.
You can now upload personal photos to your profile, rate other members, and several other new goodies in the personal control panels.
There is also a spell checker for posting and emails/pms in the forum too.

When the picture issues are fixed up.......you will also be able to use the new auto resize feature for attatched files and be able to attatch several pics to 1 post.

You may see some other small changes in color shcemes as we tweak the new system here or there too.

Browse around and have fun with all the new stuff everyone.
The pic problems will be fixed soon.

Ive been testing it out, and its working great now!
I even attatched several pictures to a post, and its working good.

Best way to learn the tools are to play with them, and see what you get....hehe
There is also a help file at the top of the forum if your having any difficulties.

Let us know if you find anything not working.

Pictures problems are resolved yepper.........get in there and have fun with the new features.

Couple things that will be a bit different and slightly confusing I'll mention here.

For adding replys.........there are now 2 buttons that say reply. First one you see to lower right reads ("reply), this button will reply but will also quote that post within your reply. To reply without quote you will need to use the button that reads (add reply) found just a bit further down the page.

K, next is attatching pictures/files to posts....... You now have an "attatchment editor" within the posting/reply area, when you upload your pics. Once uploaded it will say successfully uploaded....but this doesn't post your reply. Posting the actual reply is now a seperate button.....again found a bit further down the page when posting and again reads (add reply).

Help files are also useful like Mrs.CP said.

Hey everyone,

Just thought I'd pop in here and let ya'll know we have been tossin' paint cans around the forum (digitally speaking) as you probably noticed.

No worries though, you haven't gone to the wrong site by accident. CP's have just painted it up a bit. Not sure if it's all just right yet so there may be another tweak or two before it's all done.
For now though we'll leave it and see what everyone thinks.

Besides ifin' I have to go back to that code page right now there might be a problem.
