CP website errors, Server Issues! Options

Hey everyone,

We are hoping that this post will be the only time we have to say "it's fixed".

Lately, over the last several months, many of you may have noticed errors while trying to use the CP site.......Our sincere appologies for this.
It's been an ongoing issue since sometime in late Jan. and under tech supports advice, we spent many, many hours removing and or recoding things as they instructed, only to find out that in fact it's been an issue server side all along.

Now that they have the right issue at hand.......maybe ....... just maybe, they will get it handled properly.

Again our sincerest appologies for any inconvenience anyone experienced.
We hope everything holds together from this point and as time allows........and server stability allows, we will add some of the fun frills back in that we removed under misleading support advice.

If we have recently missed any emails, messages from anyone......this could have also been related to the same server side issues. Please feel free to resend anything needed.

Well, guess we spoke too soon!

The errors came back again today.
Chat support actually tried to give us the brush off and say it's our code again!
But after they realized we weren't leaving with that answer.....it's back to server problems.

Working for the moment but if you experience errors....we are very sorry.
Please just try to come back a bit later for your visit. The errors come and go.

Sorry folks. Still more errors today but these ones are mostly email errors.
If you aren't gettin' an answer please send again...or bounce backs.....please send again.
If you got doubles.....just wanted to make sure they sent.

Hi all,

Well we had yet another server side "glich" (twice in the last month) and we have lost several of the recent posts here in the forum.......Our very sincere appologies.
We have not intentionally deleted anything......Just Ipowers shoddy services!!

We have also probably missed many emails from folks.

Everyone please feel free to repost or resend emails if needed.

Hopefully Ipowers can get there heads on straight and keep things rolling!!

Forum posts that we know have been lost were posted on 12/19/07 after 5:30 am MST for yesterdays downtime, and several weeks ago the entire GPAA section disappeared into cyber space. We will restore that section if we can track the posts down.....but if not then we will have to start a new section.

updates.........most of the errors are clearing up but we still have an issue with uploading new picture files with posts.
Luckily though everything else seems to be working such as member controls and searching.

We will keep working on the pic file upload issue.
