Here is a pic South East of Fairplay on Hwy 9 about 4 - 6 miles away. You can barely see Fairplay under the mountains....Isnt it pretty. ^_^
The frozen water you see is also the South Platte.

Anyone have any thoughts on where they are going to stay in Fairplay?
We have an RV and have stayed at the Whispering Aspen RV Resort. I think we will stay there again. It would be nice to know if anyone else will be there and then we can get spaces close together -------------------- "Nobody get's in to see the Wizard, not nobody not no how."

You can put a tent up at the outing spot, but it will be a little bit lumpy ...hehe
