Okay folks, I'll be busy all week reviewing and attending the last of the public meetings for the Draft plan that was just posted 5 weeks late for public review.

This link is just the recreation aspect showing how they state in their own words that there is LOW impact or none between different user groups yet there could be so they must curtail these activities, and then also we have to protect the birds.
They are creating a crisis between user groups to divide users and justify further reductions of activity. Look for key words of "MAY, COULD, SHOULD, POTENTIAL," and how they are used to see the truth.

See ya'll in a week

Recreation upon Oregon Beaches proposal draft C

Go to page 16 of 26 on this link and compare what they say here to what is currently opened for use to see the real changes they fail to disclose to the public, noticew how they word it nonchalantly.
Recommendations

And here is the final clincher on Page 21 of 26:
6. Implement program for permitting of recreational gold mining on the beach, defining what is allowed and how regulated.
Do not allow any motorized or power equipment.

They have already made up their minds, and I want to fight it, HELP ME !!...This is against the very policy of the Public Doctrine...Please speak UP

I've been working real hard to show you all how they are creating a scenario between user groups and beach users by dividing them in order to conquer the beach for their agenda to be implemented.

THE MRT and this "Radical" are asking for your help to contact groups in Oregon to spread the word to this page:

Oregon Beaches Under Assault

We need a list of questions that will be printed out and distributed to members of the general public so that they can ask questions about their intended use being curtailed.

On the above link, there is a clickable link called "Questions you should be asking?" that we at the MRT need added to. Please submit them here or in a email to the Radical posting this so he can inform the public.

The Radical states he cannot do this alone, and would like to see you make contact with User Groups in Oregon and paste the name of the groups you contacted so that we can keep tabs of their responses, When they start whining later about the new restrictions we can then state.....WE TOLD YOU, and YOU FAILED TO ACT.

The Radical,

RP

Well Well Well......I just got a message I probably shouldn't have, they must be heavily discussing the questions from the MRT website that I submitted because Michell Michaud and Mike Beard ( i'll figure out who he is ) are sending emails to each other and accidently sent this to me ( I omitted the Questions they included that are the ones I submitted )

Well..... let's talk about this. No need to respond immediately. But it would be a good exercise to have answers to his questions; chances are he (or others) will keep asking. Stop by sometime and we can kick this around.

This above paragraph is Mike Beards response to M. Michaud where he states:
let's talk about this ( meaning I'll have to get a better look at what this group is asking )

No need to respond Immediately = stall him or send him a quick email stating those are a lot of questions ( To which I just now while typing, got this message )

I thought you said a "few" questions.

Michelle Michaud
Natural Resource Manager
725 Summer Street, NE

michelle.michaud@state.or.us

but it would be a good example to have answers to his questions GEE do you think so?, Your proposing to curtail or restrict the Oregon and you think it would be good to have answers to common questions?

chances are he (or others) will keep asking. Stop by sometime and we can kick this around

Damn the general public is paying attention !! and will most likely keep asking these questions. Come over to my Office and we can think of ways to P.C. these answers or so confuse the askers that they will be beffudled....

SO now I need to file a FOIA Document and get the emails between these two people and figure out what role MIKE BEARD plays into all of this? I wonder where his seat on the Steering committee is? or does he submit answers only?

Further Info for you to digest,

After the public meetings, ( where your not allowed to debate any statements ) the PUBLIC WILL have the chance to respond in writitng or email till FEB 20TH.

I will NOT STOP this attack on my state, I will have enough questions for anyone to stop by the site and pick and choose whatever they want to use for submittal.

Contact numbers and Email addresses will be coming for these people and their agencies.

Ha Ha
I just got this email:

Hello Dave. As you could no doubt tell, I was responding to a question from Michelle about the most appropriate way to answer your questions to her and accidentially responded to you instead! Isn't email wonderful? The good thing is, at least you know you have our attention. We'll get back to you with answers as quickly as possible.
Best regards,
Mike

So I sent a response back to Mr. Beard,
Hello Mike nice to meet you,
These questions are just a small sample of what the groups involved on my
part are asking, I'm currently working on the revised edition comprising of
31 pages of relevant questions pertaining to the Western Snowy Plover HCP.
I'm an avid user in alot of activities that are in jeopardy of "curtailing"
by the draft and I'm not the enemy but I'll not let you impose your thinking
towards my habits of recreation nor others.

Last night at the meeting when I heard that Plovers perceive a kite as a
predator, I knew I heard enough and when the maps were passed around stamped
with ECO-TRUST all over them that was the deciding factor to stand up and
call to arms my brethren.

We are aware of Southern California's Oceano Dunes study and many others
within your agency that has submitted actual studies showing a rise in the
species with human occupation present. The studies are FACT and the HCP is
full of contradictory statements based on supposed conflicts without merit.

The Elderly horse owners last night said it best, straight to USFWS "Your
Liars and you cannot be trusted based on past actions"

Like I said, I'm not the enemy but I will stop this at all costs. It is too
damaging to the local economies that will suffer from loss of tourism during
the Mar 15th - Sept. 15th Closure to the dry and wet sands surrounding the
communities.

GEE.....My email is filling up....Here's a response just recieved.

Hi again Dave.

This is obviously a very sensitive issue that arouses considerable passion! I appreciate your thoughts and knowing where you stand on the subject. I'll work with Michelle to answer your questions, but, as I'm sure you'll understand, it might take a while.

I enjoyed seeing all the organizations you are associated with - including the Blue Ribbon Coalition, which I had some association with in year's past.

We'll be back in touch soon.

Best regards,
Mike

Maybe this guy is half way normal?. Used to be associated?
