Well done sirs! My pump is back up and going, so I might have to go find these honey holes y'all and Relics are into.

Had an outstanding day yesterday with neighbor Alec and ran into CL6 while we were there. Not sure how he did, but Alec and I tag-teamed a new hole and did really well. Weather was perfect and the water was warm. thumbsupsmileyanim.gif

Nice work Swizz, looks great. I was backpacking in the Rawah wilderness this weekend. Caught some nice Cuts in Twin Crater lakes. Saw some places I would really like to dip a pan if it wasn't a wilderness area.

You can prospect in "Widerness Areas" as long as the Area does not have special rules attached stating that you cannot. Typically you CAN.
The only stipulation is that these areas are "withdrawn from mineral entry" which indicates that you may not file a claim there. I would be extremely conscientious of refilling holes and leaving NO traces of disturbance in these areas.

I will be back at CC on Friday if I can finish a job today (kind of a big "if"). Let me know if any of you will be there and want to wet a pan. cool.gif emoticon-misc-004.gif cool.gif

Thanks! It was a long work day today but I completed the project allowing me a day off tomorrow for shovel-therapy. I may go on Saturday as well but I know you'll be at the mineral show.

That's awesome! Gotta love a couple days of digging. If you fancy swinging over to the show, gimme a call.

Another outstanding day on the crick! signs026.gif
Timber and I had the place to ourselves, no other folks all day. I slow-sluiced a total of 8 buckets of 1/2" class and was showing good colors again. This time I moved more to the center of the creek. I have a theory about the last area we dug Emac, I'll shoot you a PM. happy088.gif

Noooo... Crusty is on the road, I made sure to leave some for him when he returns. happy088.gif
I may run the Blue Bowl today to process the last two trips. I'll probably post up results in the Clear Creek Cleanups thread in the Protected Forum after I get that Gold separated. I think it's gonna be good. chaplin.gif

I'll probably post the next cleanup here. I might dust off the highbanker and drag it to the creek on Tuesday.
