were do I find news letter for this month to get password for chat room I am a newbie and having trouble finding things

Hi Deana,
Welcome to the forums and the club.  You'll find both the password for chat (and protected forum section) in your official welcome email sent out when club membership was activated. Newsletters are posted in the club members only section of the forum and you will use the same monthly club members password that chat uses each month. That password is separate from personal password and changes monthly, we send out an email notice on the first of each month with the new months password. Hopefully that will help you get going but let us know if not we'll be happy to help you get it straightened out ASAP.
