If you read the report and can see where certain issues are reported as lacking in Data or actual basis in Fact and yet are clearly blamed on Miners while discounting all other Recreational Activities speak up....

If they do not have any actual facts to back up their report, then it is illegal for the government to consider it. Wait a minute here. Something about Lynx hair and birds wearing dots comes to mind.... -------------------- Today's socio-political climate is rock solid proof that Adam and Eve weren't prospectors.
