Hey everyone,
Thought this pdf would be a good update about Colorado states dredging regs or restrictions for the whole state. For the state of Colorado in general there is no nozzle or engine limit on dredges, instead the square footage of the surface area (including stream bed) are what is gauged by the Colorado DMRS. If you are disturbing less than the threshold stated there is no permit/notice required nor is there any limit on nozzle or engine size. Short download pdf, only 2 pages but well worth it for those dredging in Colorado. ![]() ![]() ![]() -------------------- CP-Owner/Administrator
