Got out with the little pony today and poked around.
(I haven't cleaned these) I thought this might be Obsidian but probably just a hard Shale.  This is a cool piece of Jasper or Chert. I may be able to cab this.  Here is a busted Geode. It has a large crystallized pocket inside which I need to expose.  I have strong reason to believe that this is a Geode but won't know for sure until I cut it. I think it's in the size range of my trim saw.
