Monday we will be discussing the latest news from California..... The Karuk indian's are suing the Ca. DFG which will restrict suction dredging.
Is this a land grab/casino building motivated strategy? Probably.... <_<
Or is it an environmental movement strategy? Could be that too...
If it is, either one, how do we battle against it/them?

The ARUKS ARE NOT FILING A LAWSUIT TO RESTRICT SUCTION DREDGING, tHE kARUKS FILED THE LAWSUIT LAST MAY AND ON nOV 30TH THE LAWSUIT WAS OVER, THE DFG HAS ALREDY SETTLED. THE LAWSUIT IS OVER.

WE NOW HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO RESPOND, REST ASSURED IT WILL BE SOME FORM OF LITIGATION.

Our server went down last night, so who ever was in the chat at the time it went down, were the only ones who could be in chat till it came back up....sigh
Sorry for any problems this may have caused. We may go over this topic next week also to make sure we touch all the bases and everyone who is interested willl get as much info as possible.
