We invite you to come on up and check out our 25 acres on the "beach" in Fairplay. We have plans to build a new 58 room Best Western Hotel and develop the Prospectors Park for camping and put up a Prospector's Mall.

Melissa Ivey will be in concert July 2 - 3 and 2 nights camping and both shows is only $25! Great way to spend the holiday weekend, Gold Show, Concert, camping and it's cheaper than going to a State Campground. Less than a tank of gas round trip from most places on the front range.
