ASTROBLEME
Once a valuable prospect is identified, mining claims are located and the prudent person begins to move forward with development of the mine. When I started recovering diamonds in my samples from prospecting targets in the State Line Mining District, a corporation was put together in order to properly develop the discoveries.

The most important natural resource besides the mineral discovery is to have sufficient water available for use in the mining process. In the State of Colorado, this is an expensive-long term effort. As an aid to those who do make a valuable mineral discovery, here is a link to the Water Right Decree that took me 10 years to secure for diamond & gemstone mining. Similar Water Rights should be claimed on placer gold or hard rock locations where applicable. Perhaps this information will help someone else who needs to secure water rights to aid in their mining claim development.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions as I hope my efforts can help others if possible.

Sincerely,

ASTROBLEME

DD,

Must be something with the State's server. Just e-mail me at johnny.tonko@meteoritecrater.com and I'll send you a scanned copy.
