Thought I would share some rock transformations after doing some slicing and dicing...

Pic 1, 2, 3 - Pre - Post - and an ugly little troll face on the back
Pic 4, 5 - Pre - Post, petrified "cheese" and yes, I did cut it (bad pun... just had to say it)
Pic 6, 7, 8 - Pre - Post - Post, encrusted smokie? Once again my befuddled look comes out on this one
Pic 9, 10 - Post - Post, scraped a bit of the abraded surfaces off, pretty cool when lit up
Pic 11 - lastly a pic of my smiling lioness...

Bill, I like!! Especially specimen 6, 7, 8... interesting.

I think you are right about the encrusted smokey. Nice finds!
