I've got a couple smokey quartz crystals that I'd like to polish, but I have no idea what to use or where to get it.. any help is greatly appreciated

I haven't tried them in my tumbler... will throw a couple small ones in the next batch of stuff I do and see how they turn out.

A rock tumbler is great for a beginner who wants to give their stones a basic polish. If your looking to shape the stone or a more specific polish look into lapidary units. Lapidary Units come in many different set-ups. They take more skill than a tumbler but you can get the polish you want much faster once you get the hang of it. A good lapidary unit will cost more than a good tumbler.
