Hey everyone... It's great to be back from the land of Iowa... Finally found work back
here and couldn't wait to get back... actually Iowa was a lot prettier than I thought but
it wasn't home...

I made it back before the cold snap, couldn't make it to the Pikes Peak area so I
decided to hit one of my old haunts for finding Indian artifacts. Interesting area, it
not only has artifacts but smokey qtz crystals, jasper, and occasional piece of topaz...

Below is a number of projectile points, hand axes, scrappers, shaft straighteners,
and other tools that have definitely been worked, I have no clue what they were
used for... I've also included a couple of smokies...

Welcome back Bill! thumbsupsmileyanim.gif
Excellent finds too!
Hey... have to tell you, I'm still haunted by our last fireside chat at the claims and must concede that you were right with the concerns you expressed that night regarding the ACA! We can have that discussion at another time.
Looking forward to your company up at the claims in '14 if you can make it! I've made some good water improvements (and continue to do so). cheers.gif
I'm honored to have you up there anytime you can make it. Your geologic knowledge is a huge help.
