I was told today that the new transformers installed and heavy equipment moving in on Hwy 17 and CR AA is a new mill site being erected. If and when I get more info I will post up here. Does anybody else know of this?

I remember a few years ago when I was looking at real estate in that area people were jacking their prices up because of some agricultural project that was buying up land. Not sure if the two are related....
