Hi Logan and welcome to CP.
Most (if not all) of the productive and accessible areas of the Ark are claimed (lode and placer) in that region. As Chief recommended... you may want to check out Point Bar for free public access.
I did notice that grubstakers has a few 20 acre Ark claims for sale in the range of $7500 - $12500....
