Full Version: Question: Forest Service and Gubmint shutdown
Colorado Prospector - Gem and mineral prospecting and mining forums > Land Rights, Laws and References > Prospecting and Mining Laws, Regulations etc.
If the feds shut down on Friday, does that mean the Forest Service, Corps of Engineers and maybe the Bureau of Lame Moss-lickers wont get paid? Will they go on unpaid furlough? The possibilities are very encouraging for prospecting.

well it didnt happen! but if it had, the non-essential jobs would have been furlowed and not paid.
