Mineral lands? They don't value that because they have no intention to sell it.

Who is "they"?:
"There are some things the government does control. that is not providing adequate transparency as to the value, State Lands, mineral Rights, etc., and I and others are trying to end up changing the accounting rules on some of that...It's a different issue on what you can dispose of and on what basis to dispose."

So why is the Federal Government trying to account for the value of "State" Lands?
What mineral rights are they going to account for?
Upon what Basis?
And is this proof "they" know there are some minerals that are not disposeable and that there is no basis for "providing adequate transparency" for at least some of the minerals disposed?

Listen to this first segment. Listen for the discussion regarding the public lands, 2 parts, and the accounting of the minerals wealth and rights in those lands:
Listen how there is an offensive occurring right now to figure out how to account for those, the Corporate CFO stealing them to put them back on the financier's books.

And to counter his assertion that the United States is not a corporation, at least in debt matters, understanding the entire economy is debt based, look at 28 USC 3002 (15) to read that the United States means a federal coporation.
