We headed over to our private claim last sunday with a few of the CP members for some work on the east end of the claim.
There is a small creek which sometimes runs nearly dry, but this time of year has a pretty good flow.
Lots of over burden though dang it! mad.gif and big roots..... laugh.gif <_<
We started out with the sluice for the morning and then when the gldpnrs showed up we set up thier homemade 2 1/2" combo. :D
Here are a few picks.... ^_^ :)

The first one is a pic of the washing mother nature has been doing the last two years... ;) :P

Guess we just need to get deeper....... :P

You should see Larry pan by the way....... :o It's no wonder he and Shirley are panning champs.... :)

Darryl and his son Nolan came up to try some detecting up on the hill side.
CP
Gat gave a short detecting lesson to Darryl and Mike.
