It is scary to see the word Colorado on their front page.

I see several states mentioned along that page including Colorado. I've seen the names of these legislators mentioned with previous proposals to change the mining law of 1872. This article even boldly states that mining is part of a "bygone era"???!!! Oh is it now?

Keep your eyes open and participation pens/emails at the ready citizens! Never let your gaurd down for your right to mine!
