Proposed Lands Withdraw…New Monument Status being pushed forward

Doing some follow-up research on the proposed lands withdraw and new designated monument status in and for the Siskiyou National Forest, I happened across this bit of interesting findings on the Geo Communicator ( http://www.geocommunicator.gov/blmMap/Map.jsp?MAP=MC ) typing in these listed claims numbers ORMC165645 through 165650, ORMC164566 and 67, ORMC164695, ORMC165460 here: http://www.geocommunicator.gov/blmMap/mini...im_search.faces . Who or what is claiming up the miles and miles of streams on Indigo Creek and forks of, and Silver Creek and forks of?
A little further research shows there are even more claims under the same name(s) popping up here and there.

A fella emailed his findings, and it shows they've claimed up nearly 500 acres around Indigo/Silver alone.
