This appears more diabolical than the title sounds.

If you think about it...it's plain to see that the problems that our country is seeing today is all based on greed. How else in the most prosperous country in the world could things go so awry. We as the backbone of it all have been robbed blind by the very people that we have trusted to make sure that it's all done right. Instead of being faithful to thier country they have systematically drained our resources right into thier own pockets. If not into thier pockets its used to feed some agenda. How else can multi billion dollar corporations go belly up? Where is all the money thats pumped into banks that are going belly up? Why were these things allowed to happen???
The reason that we are in such desparate times is because the people that are elected to take care of things are faced with a system that has been infected with greed from day one. They either conform to what is going on or is pushed out for another that will. All one needs to do is look back in history. Our founding fathers did a really great job of writing out the rules of how things needed to be done but from it's very inception greedy people have strived to bend those rules to advance thier own agendas. This has gone on so long that we have become callous to it.At the same time the greed gets more and more deceptive and transparent.
The worst part of it all is how well the problem has fortified itself. Down to laws that protect the corruption. We have groups of politicians that think that they can do whatever they want. to get things done they do it as groups. Look at what is happening to our president today.Every thing he tries to do is stopped cold by the republicans. Even though some of what he is trying to do has merit. Not only that, his work is starting to show real progress.
The only way that we will ever get back on track is to wash out all the old entrenched ways and to go on forward. The butting heads and slander need to stop. Letting big buisness run unchecked needs to stop. We started with checks and balances and they need to be reinstated. Our representives in Washington need to be limited on thier terms of office so that there can be no time for deception to be set up. We have allowed this too long. Now we have a monster to contend with.
I read last night that our military cannot account for a third of it's bugeted trillions of dollars. This is absurd. This is an example of how bad our system has deteriorated. It also shows those agendas that I spoke of. That money is ours and we have not a word to say about it. As far as we know it is being used to set up diplomats from some distant planet in thier own mountain homes. It's all a line of crap that we have been fed so long that we think it taste good. Apathy is going to get us all in the end. We'll all cry and complain but oh well.
