SENATOR KEN JACOBSEN 46TH DISTRICT IS HAVING DIFFICULTY IN MAKING UP HIS MIND TO HAVE THE BILL HEARD IN THE NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE. HE NEEDS ENCOURAGEMENT!!!!!.
This bill deals in reallowing ocean beach mineral prospecting and mining on Washington State Ocean Beaches, a hisorical activity. This on the small-scale level of mining with the ultimate excavation being that of a #2 shovel or square point shovel.
