I have been looking over the membership info on your site, but find it confusing. Please clarify some of the terms. Such as "one area", "full year" and "lifetime".

Does the "one area" permit me access to only one specific site/claim, or does it mean one particular time frame? Or would that mean one specific claim/site for one specific time frame period, such as "X" claim for month of July only?

Does the "full year" mean one claim/site year around, or does it mean all CP claims/sites year-around?

Same questions for "full time" member.

Also, in regards to the life time membership, is that 100% of the funds up front or do you accept payments and if so under what terms?

Howdy Carl and welcome to the forums.
My apologies for taking some time to get back to you on this.
We have been reworking the MEMBERSHIP page to address some of your questions..... :)
Actually we have received several questions of the same nature.

For the ColoradoProspector club memberships the time frames are for the entire year begining at the time of activation for a 12 month period.
This would apply to the one area option ("O.A.") and the full year option ("F.Y.")

The "O.A." is 1 prospecting area for the full 12 months
The "F.Y." is 12 (minimum) prospecting areas for the full 12 months

The Lifetime ("L.T.") membership will get you access to all the prospecting areas year after year that have been posted.
We reverify each area in the spring (between Feb. and May) and post the new ones as research has been completed. We are adding at least 12 new areas this year and possibly more..... ;)

As far as the Lifetime member fees, we have presented a new
LIFETIME MEMBER PAYMENT PLAN, hopefully this will open the Lifetime membership to more folks.

Don't forget to check the updates for the rally too!
We will have a great time meeting everyone and just plain having fun!
Thanks for your questions Carl. I hope this info helps clear things up a bit.
