I found an article about a new railroad project proposal.
The area is River basin Wyo. and the rail would expand an already overloaded rail system that primarily hauls coal east for heating etc.
I'll try to find the article again at work today.
Last year they hauled some 355 million tons of coal :o WOW!
Next year demand will surpass the capacity of the hauling system....this project may very well be needed badly but is meeting with opposition along it's proposed route.
