Hey everyone,

We thought this would be a good topic for discussion as it comes up time after time....... small scale miner or recreational prospector, what is the difference or is there any?

Recreational areas which carry restrictions are sometimes confused with actual open areas where prospectors can and do find their own deposits and then in turn file claims.
I think there is a difference, what do you think?
