near the oregon mine close to nederland
caribou west of ned soft crystals(sulphur?) on the walls of the entrance to what was first a gold mine then later a uranium mine off left hand canyon in boulder. it needs a lil' work but it could roll again takin' a backseat entrance to same gold/uranium mine. would have been interesting to have a geigercounter with me. -------------------- "the desire for gold can be so great that it motivates men to endure unbelievable hardships including dehydration, starvation and death."

Would be interesting to know what's in that water. Dan lived up that direction years ago, he'd likely know more about that place.
BTW, if you go in any mines, make sure you have the right to go in there. And make darned sure you have protective gear- bump cap, gloves, and good boots (preferably steel toed). If you're going in, go in safe! -------------------- Today's socio-political climate is rock solid proof that Adam and Eve weren't prospectors.
If they were they'd have eaten the snake instead of the apple and we'd still be in heaven.... |
