Sold at Auction: Oct 2003 Price Realized: $172.50

PATENT MODEL: AMALGAMATORS BY C.E. & R.E. BALL.
Original patent tag #227,718, dated May 18, 1880.

Disassembled brass model of two pipes and spout
in a cubicle housing.

SIZE: 10" t. x 5 1/4" w.

CONDITION: In need of assembly,
some repair attempts had been made.

That's an old one there!
Would that be the same Ball brothers that started the Ball Brothers company?
Now wouldn't that be interesting......... Ball Aerospace has a history in the mining industry. :D
