Finally got it staked, have 30 days to file with the county, then the 90 day period for BLM begins. Hopefully get down to Castle Rock sometime this week n get it filed.

Fergot to say, filed with Douglas County on the 15th o Oct. Waiting on personal funds (my partner has paid his half already) to pay BLM and have it set until the vein(s) are dry.
