I ran into one of their claims up 7 mile creek NW of Fort Collins. There were a couple of gated mine entrances that were dug in the 1920's I believe. I prospected the creek pretty extensively above the claim and below the claim and had zero color in the pan. There is a reason the Manhattan mining district never turned a profit. I think they were wanting 75 grand or something for it.

Here is a link to claim I saw. I knew there was a claim there before I found it, but had no idea it was claimed to sell to an unsuspecting dupe.
