This one is a little bit more detail of the actual area we can use as it stands so far....... :)
Would like to see if we can use the road too, but we will have to see. ^_^

We must leave the area to the left open for folks who would just like to take the tour.

The bank of the creek has also been renovated with mats and contouring so we can do no digging in the banks of the creeks.
This is a clean up site so we can't dig the tailing piles either. <_<
We can be in the creek but only to the mid point of the creek as the claim stops there.
Besides there will be rafters floating by all weekend..... ;)
We can also have a self contained highbank unit but can't let the water onto the tailings or erode the bank.
Don't know how many or who will be able to run equipment in the creek but we will work it out.
Parking is going to be a little different here, folks will have to walk a little bit (couple blocks) to get there.

The blue X's are where we can set up vendors right now..... :D

Dang it Redpaw..... your'e quick!.... :P

added note: We could probably figure one vending booth or space equals 2 blue X's..... just as a guesstiment....

Dan , I see a problem on the map , remember the orange fence you and I talked about when we were at the site Sat . ? Well , we can't fence out the buses from the turnaround unless we have someone there at every tour who will open the fence for every tour !!! Whatcha think ? :o

This is all very exciting and we would like to help in any way we can to make the rally a huge success! A wonderful venue for getting our responsible image across to the general public! :D
Laurie and I would like to get a vendor booth to plug Prospector Friendly Domain Hosting at www.Foxpeak.net have you decided how much a space is worth? Or more to the point what would you want to charge us?
Just got here in Gunnison from Scottsdale but still have another trip to pick up stuff. I need to talk to you about promoting the rally online here real soon.

You bet you can get a booth, and we will be explaining the vendor set up in a new thread for the vendors...... :)

DB, I did remember the turn around but figured we could either have someone open the fence for the bus or we can just adjust the fence and leave it seperate.

I talked to Bob (owner) yesterday, and he is very excited about the rally...... :D
He thinks the live underwater cam is sure gonna be fun!
