I got a letter in the mail today asking me to remove a few choice words from the MRT website and or the entire pages..... apparently they have nothing better to do than watch a website or physically assault members of the public at meetings when there are snowy plovers that need counting instead.
http://www.minersresponseteam.org/mrt_oprd.html I'm going to frame that letter, apparently they are getting alot of heat from response letters.....bummer for them. The letter I recieved states my website was harrasing them.....hahhaaaaaaaaaa hahhaaaaaaaaaaaa I guess they must really love the new website then?....should I have 3-4000 people call them and ask?.... -------------------- |

Its good to see a response from so called environmentalist, it shows that they are concerned about their image.
Now all they have to do now is listen to the people and start to change their Policies and their attitudes. Keep it up to them Redpaw, like they say, "The Squeaky Wheel gets the most oil. TWA. |

Howdy All,
Sounds like the world is finding out that Recreational Miners are actually getting organized! The MRT is finally "big" enough to come up on the "GREEN" radar screen. Proof that the Internet is getting the word out about our "agenda"! I think it is human nature to get emotionally involved in presenting these issues. So it's important to keep a level head and not play into provocation... let's not pull a Howard Dean and Yeeee hawww our way into being uncredible. Just keep being the nice guys, keep the high ground, and present our responsible faces to the public... Stick to the facts and what is reasonable and prudent! Happy Trails, Johnny Remember the only thing evil needs to win is for good men and women to remain silent! |

I love the response you sent, but I'd also like to see what you got from them initially.
