We were tracking some chalcedony up a small rise today and my wife found this.
Out behind us there are various cabin ruins most of the way to the top of the continental divide. There arent any digs around so I'm guessing they are old trapper cabins. Most of the beaver have been trapped out around here long ago. It might have belonged to some grizzled fella and he dropped it running from the utes!! -------------------- Level 2 member -12/25/16

It looks like an old wood bowl or dish. Interesting find Johnny.
