Last night my phone got a notification for an earthquake within a fairly close range of where I live. Today an aftershock of .2 less then last nights earthquake. This is a Denver post article linking to the story of the first quake.

Denver Post - Colorado Earthquake

If anything interesting happens to follow up on this then ill post it here.

desert.gif Very cool and strange that it happened so close to us, not the norm!
Surprised we didn't feel it when we were walking the dog. smiley-chores016.gif

We have had a few on the Western Slope - I believe it was Glenwood Springs or one of the towns around there ... There seems to be quite a few little tremors happening of late. Did you see that at Yellowstone- The Norris Dome was rising ? Quite a few volcanos have erupted of late as well.

What site are you using ? Please and thank you

I've definitely been noticing alot of earthquakes in alot of spots around the globe. The app i'm using to get this sort of data is called Volcano and Earthquake app. I stumbled upon it whilst browsing on the google play free apps section. Although I haven't heard of the Yellowstone volcano dome rising like that. Scary stuff.

there is a channel on youtube i watch called, suspicious0bservers. he has an app called the disaster prediction app. he is using it to gather more data for tracking these kinds of events. but specializes in earthquakes. he recently uncovered some data that allows him to do volcanoes and hurricanes a bit better. using the electro-magnetic model and checking resistances in the surface of earth. pretty incredible stuff. daily reports and everything.
