I've seen some using this sluice and have seen couple reviews, but has anyone here ever used the Bazooka sluice, and what you think of it?

They've always been out of my price range for a river sluice. I know the boiler-box method works and the reduced classification is a bonus to that sluice though. Haven't heard any negative reviews. Everyone who's owned one seems to like it.

Thanks Swizz, ya they are pretty pricey for what they are, thats why I was trying to get more opinions on them other then the guy I seen running his on the creek, I too liked the fact you had less classification to do, but he said you had to have a really good/fast water flow to just shovel straight into it. Once again thanks swizz, one can always count on you for your good in-put.

I have never used one before myself traddoerr, you can search bazooka and several threads should pop up for you. There are a few reviews, even BazookaJoe replied in one. Hope this helps some.

Thanks Mrs.CP, I did a search, but wanted to here from some on this site as well, like the advise here better! as swizz mentioned they aren't cheap and I would have to justify the cost. I decided to just stick to the good ol A52. Thanks for the replys!

Have you considered retrofitting the A-52 with GoldHog matting? Hard to beat that in my opinion.
