Overfilers are easy to prove wrong using your public records of location and filing dates. They can also be cited for mineral trespass, estimated mineral loss, and estimated reclamation costs if you were to pursue with evidence. If you can afford and effectively hide cameras, do it.
Go super heavy on the signage for the claimjumpers. I have two claims and much invested in the metal yellow signs, I have them everywhere. I will be adding these surveillance signs during my next trip.

Unfortunately none of those agencies have the authority to decide ownership of a claim and those things aren't decided with a map on the hood of the truck. Only a court can decide that as was decided by the old timers.
Districts also had other ways of dealing with claim jumpers but nowadays those methods will end you up in court, but in the defense.

The County Sheriff is the proper authority to enforce Federal mining laws, no other agency. Johnny is correct, property disputes must be settled in court. It's an absolute win for you if your public records are in order. Contact the overfiler(s) and make them aware that you will pursue legal action if they do not void their claim(s) immediately. If they refuse to cooperate, set a court date and serve them courtesy of the Sheriff's Dept. Your evidence will consist of your public record documents of your (and their) filings. Pretty cut & dry if it comes to that.
