Hello yall.....recently I've been taking a few pics of the moon with my Nokia phone and my fs 120 reflector telescope.

At first I wasn't sure it was gona work. but with a little time I got these pics.

There are 2 others that I took of the full moon but there fairly blurry due to high light reflection off the moon.

Tell me what yall think.

This is Jupiter and 3 moons. When I took this I didn't see the moons. Taken with my Nikon P900. It has an 83x optical zoom. The new model has 120X optical zoom.

Great timing that you post those pics Leonard, i took my telescope out last night and tried my best to take a few pics of things, the moon wasn't out yet tho. you're very lucky to have that camera, im pretty sure it has better zoom then my telescope. jawdrop.gif very nice pics!

This is jupiter and 3 of its moons as well, pic is a bit blurry but its the best i could do whilst holding a phone camera up to a telescope eye piece.

I'm surprised you can get those pictures using a phone camera. Here's a moon shot taken during the daytime.

I recently ordered a smartphone mount for the telescope i am using, should arrive sometime in the next 2 months.
Once i get it ill try my best to get better pics of the Moon/Jupiter and post them here.

A few nights ago i was able to take this pic of Saturn, the rings are not visible due to instability in the photo + light blur.

I'll have to find it. I'd like to see if I can see the rings.
