Ok, all 3 original links are now fixed again and you will find the pages indicated at them.
You are right Russ, there are many in uniform that think they are above the law and that is why we the citizens really must take some time to learn about this stuff. A civil servant (BLM/FS officials) should certainly know and follow the laws, as the law, their handbook and manuals state. Unfortunately this is not what we experience always....and again why it's so powerful for the prospector to know and have this knowledge in the field for themselves. CP I think someone needs to explain to them how the totenkampf ended 60+ years ago. -------------------- Today's socio-political climate is rock solid proof that Adam and Eve weren't prospectors.
