I just got off the phone with Doug from the Prospectors Store and, I want everyone out there to know what a gentleman he is.
I made a purchase last month and after trying everything to make it work I had to concede defeat. I called Doug and asked if I could return it and without hesitation he said "yes send it back and I'll get your money right out to you".
He was also very helpful in previous calls trying to make my situation work. I have had hassles returning products to other vendors, it sure is nice to meet someone that makes living just a little easier.
Doug, you will have my business from now on and, I hope to visit you shop the next time we are in Colorado. :D
