Hello All, SAD NEWS, because some people have not been respectfull and courtious to the business's at the Clear Creek Biusness park no one is now allowed to park there any more to access the creek or the bike path, if you do they will ticket for trespass and tow your vehical. just a heads up to anyone from this site who's been using that area.
Eek! Me and one other guy were there on Friday...close call!
They didn't put the signs up until Sat. I'm going to call the managment Co. and see if there is anything that can be done to turn this around, let you know what they tell me.
Well folks, they don't want any parking there any more do to parking issues (to many people using the parking spaces that are not business realted and that was all), and they WILL ticket/tow vehicals that are unauthorized, she said sorry but it got to be an issues with a couple of the businesses. guess I'll ride the bike down there, could use the exercise
that is the area, under the over passes, the only place to park was at the Crear Creek business park, but, to many were parking there and interfearing with business and so they had to shut it down to public use. There is parking a 1/2 mile or so away, down 72nd across from the NAPA auto store.
I've attended the Adams Co. open space meeting this last Monday, and they are in support of the recreational gold panning activitys, but, are antimate about NO motroized use of equipment on Clear Creek in the Adams Co. open space areas and every one needs to fill in their holes when done, and as long as EVERY ONE follows these rules there will be no problems for future use.
Also need to mention that not all of the creek bed is open space, some is private (only the bike trail is open), like down by Washington street and you will need to ask for permission, but I have not been refused yet by any one. Good luck to all and fill in your holes when done.
