My Jeep is pampered but not a garage queen.

This is Timber wading with my friend Josh fishing yesterday. Lil girl loves to poke around in the water, gets a crayfish now and then. She caught and ate two field mice during the hike in and one on the way out, fascinating to watch her hunt and pounce, she's good at it.

My lil girl turned 1yr today.
Wanna hear a bizarre coincidence? I did not realize this until after I had adopted Timber.... A very good friend of mine passed away unexpectedly on this very same day last year, the same day which she was born. I was talking to his widow about it the other night. She lives in Minnesota and we stay in touch. She came here this summer to spread half of his ashes in a special spot with me and we did so (with Timber). At that time we had not put two & two togeether, didn't realize the connection. It wasn't until I had texted her a little while ago about Timber's birthday and then it dawned on us. I have the other half of his ashes here... she left them with me to be spread from a huge cliff that he once jumped on skis back when we were ski instructors here. This can only be accessed in the winter which is why I still have the ashes here. So... Timber, the ashes, and I will be celebrating her birthday here today!  Weird eh? Just thought I'd share that.
