The country is 228 years old, lets make sure we stand for it and all it represents in the coming years with our willingness to be strong and moral.

Hey all,
Dave's right, our country is 228 years old, but its roots are far older!!!! The spirit that made farmers and townspeople stand against the strongest military in the world on Lexington Green, made men of wealth and position risk it all to persue liberty, is the same spirit that made the Pilgrims cross the Atlantic and settle here, brought about the Magna Carta, and recently brought down the Berlin Wall! Freedom isn't free, never was!! But as long as people will stand up and say," I've got RIGHTS that I was endowed at birth with, and no politician is going to ration them as he sees fit!!!" We will continue to be FREE and serve as an example to others who would be free. Happy Independence Day!!!!! QJ :D :D -------------------- |

Amen brothers! I know this is a bit late (still in I.S. on vacation), but it's still worth it 100%- go to church. If it wasn't for Jesus, we wouldn't have the gold we want, we wouldn't have America, we wouldn't have the freedoms we have, and if it wasn't for America we wouldn't have the right to worship Jesus.
So when they say "God bless America", they weren't kidding! Carl -------------------- Today's socio-political climate is rock solid proof that Adam and Eve weren't prospectors.
If they were they'd have eaten the snake instead of the apple and we'd still be in heaven.... |

sometimes the gold we look for isn't found in rivers and streams but resembles those places when it flows similarly from the heart and soul of our men and women who can show others that we care for not only ourselves but each other.
God Bless America has so many meanings, I'm thankful I can at least live long enough in this life to share a few of them with all of you. Love you guys, and lets make some more memories shortly 'eh? Redpaw -------------------- |
