We have had ALOT of trouble connecting to the internet this week.
Colorado's finally getting some moisture, and When I do connect.... It's been at about 7.4 kbps :( Thats more like a beauty queens score, than an internet connection. Not even enough power to stay connected for 5 minutes. This sure helps the fire dangers though, so bring on the moisture!! :) I will post more when nature alows me. :P -------------------- Education is the key to the future,

Howdy All,
Rain and Snow in Gunnison Country! Too bad about the phone lines tho.... Still let it snow.... The Blue Mesa Reservoir (largest lake in Colorado) is the lowest I can remember and that goes back further than I'd like to admit! You can see the outlines of the foundations in the town the lake covered up back in the late 40's. It does extend the mud season tho... still there is a silver lining... our Dogs love it! Happy Trails, Johnny |

Right on Johnny! Ya know, you can find some amazing stuff at low water. Go up the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River, and I bet you'll find some color! I heard from a few old timers I grew up with that cebolla has some color as well. When the lake is low like it is, that'd be a great time to look!
