That poor kid. Gavin's rapid fire method gave him no chance.

Can someone help me understand the argument that the BLM is not a lawful agency (about 3:36)?

He's got some funny videos but he's always in court too haha. Congress has the power to delegate authority but he makes a good point. Our idea of the feds "owning" lands is different than their idea, and in full tactical gear and armed for combat they enforce their rules. I really don't know what to make of some of his videos but they are entertaining!
