That piece is absolutely beautiful and I also love the colors. I'm leaning toward Colorado or Wyoming Jade... which would be an exceptional find! The purple inclusion in the center has me puzzled, very intriguing piece.
If you want to get scientific, you can narrow things down a bit with a specific gravity test, MOHs hardness test, and location of discovery helps to determine which minerals have known occurrences in that locale (using mindat.org).
