Club claims - gold camp, Do we have any? Options

In light of several recent inquiries from very confused new prospectors and several recently created groups intentionally attemtpting to mislead the public and their new perspective members concerning claim ownership, prospecting camps, land research, rights vs recreation and actually using our name to promote their agendas/deception in the process of taking your money!

To clear things up for the general public/readers..................

Colorado Prospector club holds no mining claims (location) for members use. This would be illegally holding a location mining claim for a non mining purpose!
No mining claims can be held for any club's "members use" within the intent of the mining law since "club members use" is not an activity reasonably incident to mining of any kind.

There are also no "guided tours" offered by the Colorado Prospector club, also an illegal activity to take fees for guided services or products while on BLM or NF lands without a guide and outfitters license issued from the D.O.W.
No one has a "guided prospecting" tour license that we know of and/or there are none written for that by the D.O.W.

Many folks seem to be mislead into thinking that the Colorado Prospector club has claims and or camps to stay at......we do not folks, never have had any claims or camps owned by the Colorado Prospector club........ yet!
The real Colorado Prospector club feels it's way to important that you have the real knowledge needed in the field to base your own decisions on.
WE WILL NEVER MISLEAD YOU AS CLUB MEMBERS!
