My family is offering to sell established placer gold mining claims that are located near Howard Colorado. Red Rock Placer has federal serial number CMC 278772 and Red Rock Placer 2 has serial number CMC2 280678. We also have an approved Notice of Motorized Operations under COC 75430 covering suction dredge use on these claims. BLM inspection reports are available on request.

These claims offer access from roads running along both sides of the river right where it cuts across Sangre de Christo bedrock with an angle that greatly enhances gold deposition. Please see attached photo and map and contact me with any questions that you have.

Thanks for your interest.

interesting! :)

Assuming the sections of river on either side and in between are also claimed?

Dredging permit transfer with the claim?

Not sure how much y'all are asking or how quick you want to sell, but if you want to shoot me a PM with details, I'd be interested in a little more info!

My family is first offering this opportunity at a favorable price to CP members and website visitors but only through February 28th, 2017 . The claims are offered individually (buyer's choice on first come first served basis) for $2000 for each claim. If there is a buyer that is wanting both claims, we would be willing to discount down to $3000 total.

Since I'm having server errors when uploading files to Colorado Prospector, if you need additional information please contact me directly at johnny.tonko@tonkomining.com

Thanks for all your interests and questions to date.

Sincerely,

Johnny Tonko

The claims have drainages coming out from Coaldale Crater. Perhaps a properly skilled operator can collect gemstones as our family has done previously...

Hello Everyone,

Given the interest expressed for these claims before the offer ended on the last day of February, and for those interested parties desiring to use income tax returns for funding their acquisition of these claims, and in consideration of the quick sale of another Arkansas River gold placer that we placed on coloradoprospector.com recently at...

Rapid Placer gold mining claim sale

we are now making this offer for the Red Rock gold placer claims as follows;

My family is willing to extended the opportunity to purchase our Red Rock mining claim group "at a favorable price to CP members and website visitors" through May1st of 2017. The claims are offered individually (buyer's choice on first come first served basis) for $2000 for each claim. If there is a buyer that is wanting both claims, we would be willing to discount down to $3000 total. For valuation purposes, please consider the sale of a nearby 40 acre gold placer several years ago that is posted below;

For clarification, you don't need to be a club member to take advantage of this offer. Guests using this forum are also encouraged to contact me if they have any questions.

The claims are well documented and operated fully within federal and state regulation. Here's some photo excerpts from a recent mining claim inspection by BLM.

Sincerely,

ASTROBLEME

For those interested,

Red Rock Placer has approximately 1,050+ feet of river channel under claim.

Red Rock Placer 2 has approximately 1,300+ feet of river channel under claim.

Both claims together have almost 1/2 mile total length of gold bearing river channel under claim.

Sincerely,

ASTROBLEME

We are now asking one-half of the original price through June 30th, 2017. The claims are still offered individually with buyer's choice on first come first served basis for $1000 for each claim. For the buyer that is wanting both claims, we will discount down to $1500 total. If you are interested in purchase or in need of additional information, please contact me directly at johnny.tonko@tonkomining.com

Thanks for all the previous offers and we hope that this lower pricing will now allow for a quick sale of both gold mining claims.

Sincerely,

Johnny Tonko
